Our Supplier Management Team ensures that all Medical Experts produce quality reports and understand the importance of the total service offering. Area co-ordinators measure each expert's performance on an ongoing basis to ensure all key performance targets are met.
Customer service
We ensure all our experts understand the importance of the customer experience ensuring all customers are treated as individuals. At the end of each appointment, customers will feel that a fair, thorough and empathetic assessment has been conducted.
Performance audits
Our development team regularly audits a random selection of panel members from a variety of medical disciplines. This audit ensures that all experts meet our customer service requirements, with results fed back to the Medical Expert to assist in their ongoing service development.
