Premex Services Appoint New Managing Director
21 April 2008Donald Fowler has been appointed as Managing Director of Premex Services.
This appointment paves the way for Bill Clynes to take the newly formed role of Managing Director of Premex Group.
Fowler joins Premex in June, following his latest post of seven years at Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance, most recently as Regional Director for the North of England. In this role Fowler was involved in buyouts, acquisitions and exit sales with a combined value of almost £3billion.
Fowler has worked with the Premex Group over the last three years so is ideally placed to drive the business forward. Bringing many years of sharp business strategy, Fowler, who will also take a place on the main board of the Group, will play a key part in Premex’s plan to become a £100million organisation. F
ollowing a successful 18 months during which the Group made a series of high profile acquisitions and company launches, as Group MD, Bill Clynes will be leading the overall Group's strategy into its next stage of growth.
