Premex triumph at the Personal Injury Awards scooping up the prize for Medical Agency of the Year
19 November 2010On 18th November Premex descended on the prestigious awards ceremony in Mayfair London, attended by nearly 400 PI professionals, the annual Personal Injury Awards celebrate excellence of individuals and organisations across the industry.
Fred MacAulay, comedian, took to the stage to reveal the winners of esteemed awards and announced Premex as the winner for 'Medical Agency of the Year'. Donald Fowler, Managing Director stepped up with Mike Cutler, Operations Director, Chris Wheatley, Sales and Marketing Director and Vince Giles, IT Director to collect the award.
Premex received praise for its innovative solutions and commitments to IT developments, making considerable enhancements to the medico-legal service offering.
Our achievements epitomise our values - the use of innovative technology to enhance customer service was the platform for our nomination and it is great that the industry we work in has recognised the commitments we have made, including:
- the launch of Vu, our online appointment booking service with customers seeing a reduction in case lifecycles by 14 days
- customers being able to receive all communications electronically
- and the reduction in our SLA's to create industry benchmarks.
i-sign also took home an award for best 'Associated Industry' for their document collection service, highlighting their commitments to providing innovative solutions through their online appointment booking system.
